Terms of Service

Effective date: March 8, 2026  ·  Governing law: State of Texas, USA

By initiating an engagement, submitting a request, or making a payment to Veriq Advisory, you agree to these Terms in full. No signature is required. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

1. What Veriq Advisory Provides

Veriq Advisory ("Veriq," "we," "us") delivers structured decision analysis, strategic frameworks, and written briefs to help executives and founders think through complex business decisions.

Our deliverables are analytical outputs for internal decision-making only. They are not:

Always consult a licensed professional for matters requiring regulated expertise.

2. Engagements & Delivery

Veriq offers three engagement tiers: Single Engagement, Quarterly Retainer, and Strategic Partnership. Tier definitions, pricing, and included deliverables are described on the Pricing page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Delivery timelines begin when Veriq receives all necessary context and confirms the intake. Timelines are targets, not guarantees; circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

3. Payment

All fees are due as specified at the time of engagement. For retainer arrangements, fees are billed at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.

4. Revisions

Each brief includes one round of revisions requested within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions must relate to the original scope — they are not an opportunity to restate the decision or request a materially different analysis.

Additional revision rounds or scope changes may be treated as a new engagement at Veriq's discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain all rights to information, data, and context you provide to Veriq. Veriq will not share, publish, or disclose your content to third parties without your consent.

Deliverables: Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the brief internally within your organization for internal decision-making. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish brief content externally without written permission from Veriq.

Methodology: The frameworks, analytical structures, scoring systems, and processes Veriq uses remain the exclusive intellectual property of Veriq Advisory. No engagement transfers ownership of our methodology.

6. Confidentiality

Veriq treats all client information as confidential. We do not share your business context, decision topics, or strategic details with other clients or third parties.

We may reference anonymized, aggregated patterns (e.g., "common go-to-market challenges in industrial SaaS") in our own frameworks without attribution to you or your company.

7. Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be sent to raman@veriqadvisory.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

Veriq's liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. Veriq is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost opportunities resulting from reliance on our analysis.

Veriq's briefs are inputs to your decision-making — the decisions themselves, and their outcomes, remain entirely yours.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Veriq's services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or the outcomes of any decision made with reference to our analysis. Business environments are complex and unpredictable; no analysis can guarantee results.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Veriq's deliverables to:

11. Changes to These Terms

Veriq may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published at veriqadvisory.com/terms.html with its effective date. Continued use of Veriq's services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
